Love Thy Curry – Rogan Josh

Rogan Josh is a type of Indian curry distinguished by its thick, flavourful red sauce and tender meat.

Originating from the Kashmir region in India, this well-rounded medium curry is always a crowd pleaser.

It hits the spot if you like some heat, but not too much! The addition of kumara instead of potato, gives a delightful hint of sweetness to the curry.

It has a cooking time of one hour but if you’re time short it can be easily made in the slow cooker and left to do it’s thing.
